No long lines or waiting at a sales counter. Busy people...housewives, working men and women, school children...come early in the morning until late at night to buy milk, eggs, bread, and hundreds of other items. And they keep coming back, again and again.

Pursuant to the Michigan Franchise Investment Law, sales may not be made unless a prospectus has been delivered 10 days prior to entering into a Franchise Agreement or paying consideration.

The initial franchise fee varies from $5,000 to $60,000. Also, the franchisee pays a continuing fee based on the gross profit of the franchise business and other payment as described fully in the store franchise agreement. The intitial franchise fee may vary for each store. The method of computing the franchise fee is fully disclosed in the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular. Franchisees who are selling the franchise interest in their 7-Eleven® stores may also seek an additional payment.

To Qualify As A Franchisee For A 7-Eleven® Store, You Must...

• Have a good credit rating.
• Make an investment in the business.
• Complete the 7-Eleven® Franchise Training Program.

• Operate your own business.
• Control your own inventory.
• Benefit from mass purchasing power.
• Hire and supervise your own employees.

• Train you in the operation of a convenient, extended-hour retail store.
• Finance a portion of your investment, if desired.
• License you to use the 7-Eleven® trademark and business system.
• Lease you the store building and equipment.
• Establish and maintain bookkeeping records for your operation.
• Provide continuing counseling, merchandising assistance and advertising programs.
