Job Info: A Field Rep Management Trainee is a stepping stone for the Field Representative Position. This position will begin by managing a 24/7 convenience store, hire/train employees, and maximizing store profits to gain the experience necessary for the Field Rep position. This position also is a stepping stone to other corporate HQ management positions. Accounting Degree is a plus. Relocation benefit available. Areas available: Indianapolis, Indiana; Columbus, Ohio; Lansing, Saginaw, Grand Rapids, Flint -- Michigan.
Experience: Four-year college degree required with retail sales experience.
Salary: $31,200 - $42,000 during training.
